年轻医生、研究生系统学习：请先学习常见病非典型表现，只看其中的典型病例，待有较好的基础后再学习非典型病例。

主治医师、副主任医师学习提高：主要看常见病非典型病例。

主任医师及高年资副主任医师学习提高：主要看罕（少）见病部分。

临床工作中不认识的疾病查找：请按部位查对，即按本书的目录查阅。亦可根据发病年龄索引、特殊皮损形态索引查对。这些索引在正文后面。

病名索引：放在最后，按疾病首字拼音排序，包含别名。英文病名索引在倒数第二个。

Directions for use

Young doctors and graduate students study systematically: first study atypical symptoms of common diseases, only look at typical cases, and then study atypical cases when you have a better foundation.

Attending doctors and deputy chief physicians learn to improve: focus on atypical cases of common diseases.

Chief physician and senior deputy chief physician learn to improve: mainly study rare/difficult diseases.

Search for diseases you don’t know in clinical work: Search by site, i.e. refer to the table of contents in this book. You can also check by index of age of onset, index of special rash morphology. All of these indexes are following the main text.

Index of disease names: Placed last, sorted alphabetically by the first name of the disease, containing aliases. The English index is the second to last.
