Abstract

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress emphasized that “we must firmly grasp the leadership of ideological work” and “continue to increase the ideological sphere's leading power and discourse right/power”.The construction of ideological discourse right/power is an important component of ideological work and plays a decisive role in the construction of ideology and culture.Since the party's 18th National Congress，the party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core has attached great importance to ideological work and clearly stated that “Economic development is the central task of the party，and ideological work is an extremely important work of the party”，we must firmly hold the leadership，management，and discourse right/power of ideological work in our hands，and we must not let it go at any time.As the forward position of ideological work，colleges and universities shoulder the important responsibility for studying，researching，propagating Marxism，and making the main theme of socialism sing louder.We must strengthen the construction of ideological discourse right/power.This is of great and far-reaching significance for maintaining the ideological security of colleges and universities and for implementing the fundamental tasks of khalid ents.This book is composed of an introduction，seven chapters，and a conclusion.The book focuses on the main line of insisting，maintaining，and consolidating the discourse dominance of socialist ideology under the guidance of Marxism in the ideological field of colleges and universities，focusing on what kind of ideological discourse right/power to build in colleges and universities，how to build ideological discourse right/power in colleges and universities，and who should build ideological discourse right/power in colleges and universities.The scientific connotation and strategic meaning of the construction of ideological discourse right/power in colleges and universities are the logical starting points for research.The theoretical foundation and knowledge reference，principle follow and experience inspiration of the construction of ideological discourse right/power in colleges and universities are the logical basis for research.The ontology，carrier，and subject construction of ideological discourse right/power in colleges and universities are the logical development for research.The “party's management” requirement of the construction of ideological discourse right/power in colleges and universities is the logical end result for research.
